And so begins the 2018 wedding season. I’m ever so thankful for continued growth, support and incredible clients and colleagues that I am so privileged to work with. Each and every wedding is a collaboration. A team of like-minded individuals sharing a common goal. We all put our blood, sweat and tears (quite literally) into this crazy and rewarding industry. I’m truly blessed to be surrounded by a tribe that supports and encourages me. As we all embark on another season that’s sure to be filled with highs and lows, I want to send out my best vibes and love to all those that work alongside me.

People always ask me what my favourite part of a wedding day is. My initial thought is ALL OF THEM! I try to heed my own advice and soak in every beautiful moment that happens (in between the absolute chaos of orchestrating an entire wedding, that is!) But when I really take the time to stop and think about it, my favourite moments are the quiet ones that most don’t event notice. A groom caught staring in absolute awe of his gorgeous bride. The soft touch of a mother lovingly buttoning up her daughter’s dress. The nervous Father of the Bride trying to hold back tears as he gets ready to walk his little girl down the aisle. It’s those unspoken moments. Nothing needs to be said. It’s entirely about the feelings and emotions that fill the air. Those are my favourites.
