I have been doing classes at Pilates in Guelph since December of 2017 - so just over a year. I started coming there because of injuries. Mary's 8am Saturday Yoga/Pilates class has showed me that I am getting strong. Before doing Pilates, I did yoga off and on for years. But it was not helping with my injuries and I found it very hard to do. But Mary's class at 8am on Saturdays, went right back to the basics of each move.
