Teen Class: Newaza Night. Karate people often neglect the ground game. I once heard that Bruce Lee was quoted as saying, an individual with a year of boxing and wrestling can win against a lifelong martial artist. Well, maybe so, so just in case, let's prepare. Tonight we worked single leg and down leg takedowns, duck-unders from uchikomi, escapes from mount, and positional control. Im exhausted just watching.
