Canada: we are not immune to the situations of our neighbours to the south. We have our issues with this as well. Our laws do not protect us and keep those with intensions from pursuing those intensions. Our thoughts are with those affected immediately and indirectly; the 1st responders who will no doubt be affected as well. We thank them for their service. This world has created a pressure for some and that pressure seems too much to bare. People are lost. People are afraid. People are alone. People are upset with themselves and others and we have lost our true connections to one another. Ironically, as I write this, I am asking us to step up and reach out and build community in whatever fashion you can.
